INSPECT
We begin by inspecting the stone to determine the best cleaning approach based on its size and material. Each stone requires a unique process depending on its material.

STANDARD CLEANING
A specialized acid solution is applied to safely remove hard water stains and other deposits. This acid is carefully formulated to be both effective and safe, ensuring it will not damage the stone. Multiple applications may be used for stubborn stains without harming the surface.

FINAL Polishing
Once the headstone is clean, we carefully wipe it down with a dry microfiber cloth to remove any remaining moisture or residue. This step ensures the surface is spotless and ready for the final inspection, leaving the stone looking crisp and well-cared-for.

OPTIONAL GRAVE DECORIATING
After your headstone’s initial cleaning, you can choose to add our Grave Decorating service to ensure your loved one’s memorial is thoughtfully honored for meaningful dates, or for those who live far away or are unable to visit in person. During your scheduled service, we carefully place the decoration of your choice at the gravesite.
BUSINESS PROCESS

CLIENT ONBOARDING
New customers can request a quote online, by phone, or email. Returning customers will automatically be sent a quote at the beginning of the season in their email inbox.

PRICING
We will evaluate the stone for new customers. Pricing depends on size, material, and travel distance. The first 60 miles round trip are complimentary, any additional miles cost $1.39. Returning customers receive a discounted price for their loyalty.

SERVICE DELIVERY
We will carefully clean your loved one's stone, removing dirt, lichens, and water deposits. We take before and after photos for our records and will share them with you. Your photos will never be used for marketing purposes without your consent. Once the cleaning is finished, we'll notify you by phone or text.

INVOICE
After our cleaning service is complete, we will send you an invoice to your email. Please send your payment by check within 10 days of receiving the bill.
